What counts as a customer conversation?
One conversation covers a customer request from the first message through the completed job brief. The number of messages inside that conversation does not change the count.
What happens when I reach my monthly conversation limit?
QuoteTxt keeps the intake available and bills additional conversations at the overage rate shown for your plan. You can also change plans as your monthly volume grows.
Do I need a developer to set this up?
No. Choose the services you offer, and share the right link by text, email, social profile, or your website.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You get 14 days to create and test up to 5 custom chat links. Your card is not billed until the trial ends, and you can cancel before then.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can move to a different self-serve plan as your conversation volume changes. Your account will show when the billing change takes effect before you confirm it.
Is there a setup fee or long-term contract?
Self-serve plans have no setup fee and are billed month to month.
