What counts as a chat?

A chat is one end-to-end intake conversation with a prospective customer — from their first message through the completed job brief. It doesn't matter how many back-and-forth messages are exchanged; the whole conversation counts as one chat.

What happens when I hit my monthly chat limit?

You're automatically charged a small per-chat overage fee for each additional conversation. Your overage rate is shown in the plan comparison above and in your account settings. There are no surprise blocks or service interruptions — your intake keeps running.

Do I need to build anything or hire a developer?

No. Setup takes minutes. You get a custom chatbot that greets customers with your logo and business name. Share it directly by text, email, or link, and publish a public version on your website or any social media site.

How does the 3-day free trial work?

You get full access to your chosen plan for 3 days at no charge. Your card isn't billed until the trial ends. Cancel any time before then and you won't be charged a thing.

Can I switch plans later?
