Settings overview

A guided tour of every tab in Settings — what each section does and which settings matter most.

Note: Access Settings from the main navigation. Owners have full access to all tabs. Admins can access most tabs except billing. Members have limited settings access.

Business Profile tab

Your core business identity and contact details. This information shows up across your workspace and on customer-facing documents.

Quotes & Invoices tab

Control how invoices get paid and what default terms appear on your quotes and invoices.

Public Profile tab

Manage the public business profile shown alongside your chat link and control how you share that link.

Chat Behavior tab

Review the services your assistant can talk about and how those services appear in the opening chat experience.

Notifications tab

Control which events trigger email or SMS alerts to you. Each team member has their own notification settings.

  • Notification email address
  • SMS phone number + consent
  • Per-event toggles (job submitted, quote approved, invoice paid, message received)

Invite, manage, and remove team members. Set roles and control which jobs each person sees.
